Not soon enough, school ended.
Jean looked around for Ripple, she wanted to have a nice 'normal' conversation with her, with out male influence to make things awkward again.

Ripple saw Jean walking down the hallway and called out to her. "Senpai! I'm over here!" She grinned, mostly because she was glad the day was over, and ran to where Senpai was standing.
Marth yawned and walked out of the classroom. He considered looking for Jean, Ike, and Ripple, but decided he should hurry home. With that, he walked out of the building, got in his car, and drove off into the horizon.

"Ripple!" Jean exclaimed. "So, as bad as today was, it wasn't that bad right?" Jean smiled best she could.

Ripple sighed. "Well...I have many bad memories of today that will haunt me forever, but I suppose it could be worse." She shrugged, trying not to seem as upset as she felt.

"Ah, well, yep," Jean couldn't find words to Ripple's reply. "Uh, so how'd you like my friend, Ike?" She was scared to ask this, but did it anyway because she wanted to know.

"Well, if I recall correctly, your personality isn't that consistent either, Ripple," Jean said. "Maybe his personality is that he is inconsistent, ever think about that?"
"Anyway, did anything -besides whatever happened at lunch- happen today?"

"My personality isn't inconsistent," Ripple protested. "My emotions just change very quickly. Probably.

Ripple nodded. "I'm very glad it's over. Going home is the best part of the day. Wouldn't you agree?"

"Well, that would be the case in most circumstances, but," Jean said, "this is a boarding school for a lot of people, so not really part of the day for those unfortunate souls."
Jean felt silly for saying this. "Sorry, I'm sure you knew that," she apologized. "Anyway, it is true, what you said, nothing feels as good as getting home after a long day."

"Now that you mention it, I suppose most of the students here don't go home at all. That sounds terrible." Ripple chuckled. "In any case, I gotta catch the bus. See you tomorrow!"
Ripple hurried away and ran out the doors.

The long bus ride home was very boring yet very soothing for Ripple since she just blocked out all the stupid people by listening to music.
