Ripple sat at home, thinking about her tragic day.
"Ugh. School really sucks." She said out loud.
"hey Rippleeee what's up?" said her younger sister, Hayaz.
"Nothing go away." Ripple snapped. "Maybe I should actually stay at the boarding school over night."
Marth ate a hamburger.

Jean found Ike. "Hey," she said. "Do you want to go to the cafeteria for dinner with me?" She asked.
"Sure," Ike replied. "I'd be happy to."
They went together to the cafeteria to eat dinner before they had to go to their respective practices.

Ripple cried in her room. "THIS IS SO BORING" she sobbed. "I'd rather be at school than here..."
Light bulb. Ripple ran out of her room, got in her car, and drove back to school.
"SENPAI!" she cried as she tore down the hall at the speed of...Ripple.
Marth cleaned the kitchen and said goodnight to his dumb cousin Shiida. "I'm going to go study now, see you tomorrow."
"Uh, why do you need to study on the first day of school?" Shiida called.
Marth perspired. "Uh, well, I don't want to fall behind!" and zipped up to his room.

Jean thought she heard Ripple, but since she thought that Ripple would, in fact, not ever come back to this school, unless she had to go to class, she decided she was hearing things and she continued eating.
"Did you hear someone shout senpai, or something like that?" Ike asked.
"Uh, yeah, actually," Jean answered, "I thought I was just hearing things." She looked around for Ripple, for she was almost certain that Ripple was here.

"SENPAAAAIIII" Ripple continued to call out, not caring if she was disturbing anybody's study or practice. "I neeeeed yoooooou!"
"That was close," Marth said as he closed his door and locked it. "I barely avoided Shiida."
"You barely what?" came the sickenly sweet voice of his cousin from behind the door.
Marth's heart stopped.

"So, Ike," Jean started, "How has your day been?"
Ike shrugged.
"Well, I guess it left me speechless as well," Jean 'replied'. "Anything significant happen?"
"Not really."
Jean decided it wasn't really time for conversation, so she continued eating.

"Senpai, NOTICE ME" Ripple screamed. "Where are you?"
Ripple thought for a moment. She's probably with Ike. Where would Ike be? Hmmm, definitely not the CAFETERIA.
She zoooooooooooooooomed over to where the food would be.
Marth's heart restarted. "Uh, nothing, I just relized I have a fever and need to go to bed," he panicked.
"I'm coming to help you," Shiida said, starting to scratch at the door like Belarus.
Marth ran over to his window. He pulled the curtain off the wall, and tied it to the bed post. He threw it out the window, and climbed down. Unfortunately, it snapped at the last minute, and he landed on the ground gracefully, although it still made a loud noise.
"Maaarthy kun" Shiida called. "What are you doooing?"
Marth painfully picked himself up and started running for his car.

Jean noticed Ripple running past tables and benches in the cafeteria.
"Oh hey, Ripple," she said. "How are you? And why are you here?"
Ike was surprised to see that Jean's friend, who obviously hated it here, appeared seemingly out of nowhere.

"Uh...." Ripple hesitated. "Actually, I can't remember why I came..."
Marth leapt into his car, turned the ignition on, and drove out of the neighborhood faster than Shiida could bat an eye.

"Well, either way, it's good to see you," Jean said. She patted the seat next to her, gesturing for Ripple to sit down.

Ripple nodded happily and sat down. "I'm pretty sure I just didn't want to be at my boring house," she explained.
Marth decided the best place to go was the school. Shiida didn't know her way through the halls, so it would be difficult to find him. With that, Marth drove as fast as he could without putting himself in anymore danger than staying near Shiida would, toward the school.

Ripple nodded. "Pretty much. I'm driven from boredom and stupidity, but boredom takes the cake this time. I'd rather be at a stupid place than a boring place. Usually."
Marth drove into the parking lot of the school and parked in his normal spot. He took a deep breath of relief and shakily opened his door, stepping out of the car. After glancing around to make sure Shiida hadn't followed him, he bolted toward the front door.

"Well, I'm glad you're here," Jean said, smiling. "So, I take it not much has happened since we last parted, due to your 'boring' place. What would you like to talk about? I mean, life hasn't really been exciting for Ike and I, I mean we had our practices, but that was really it, and I think Ike is tired of hearing me complain, even though he won't say it."
Ike just shrugged, neither confirming nor denying if what Jean said was true.

Marth opened the doors and ran inside, only stopping to catch his breath when he was sure the doors were closed.
